Travel itinerary (for two people Bed $ Breakfast) $ 1500(USD)
Day 1: Pickup from the airport and stay overnight at The Mansion, Kandy.
Day 2: Kandy City Tour
Visit The Royal Botanical Gardens, Tea Museum, the Temple of the Tooth Relic and do some shopping in Kandy.
Day 3: Visit Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage.
Day 4: Transfer from The Mansion to climb the 5th century Sigiriya Rock Fortress which is a world heritage site built by King Kashyapa (477-495 AD) and stay over at M.P.S Village Dambulla
Day 5: Visit the ruined cities of Polonnaruwa, The second most ancient of Sri Lanka's kingdoms and an Elephant Back ride in the afternoon
Day 6: Visit the ruined cities of Anuradhapura, The Birthplace of Sinhala Civilization
Day 7: Transfer from M.P.S Village to The Airport or to a different hotel within 200 k.m
You will spend the first three nights at The Mansion (www.mansionkandy.com) and the following nights at MPS village Dambulla(www. mpsdambulla.com).
Will be touring in an air-conditioned car/Van with an English speaking driver.
